VINTAGE RING WITH EMERALD & DIAMONDS – FINE JEWELRY FROM THE 1960s A ring of great beauty and rare personality, in which the central natural Emerald is set in a particularly rich design, with Diamonds distributed on multiple levels and a finely perforated setting. The upper part is striking for the variety of craftsmanship and for the way the different elements are overlapped and connected, creating a rich, harmonious ensemble of notable executive quality. At the center is set a natural octagon-cut Emerald of approximately 1.15–1.25 ct, with an intense green hue and good transparency. Around the Emerald are set natural round brilliant-cut Diamonds of various sizes, distributed along the setting to enhance the central gem and follow the particular design of the ring. Two larger Diamonds, placed on either side of the Emerald, form important elements of the design and visually connect the central part to the band. The setting features rich milgrain work, small ornamental details, and finely crafted surfaces, with an evident attention to detail even in the less visible parts. Particularly interesting is the perforated work visible on the sides, made with geometric and ornamental motifs that give the setting an articulated structure of great artisanal interest. The band continues with the same richness of craftsmanship, featuring Diamonds, engravings, and openwork that accompany the design to the lower part of the ring. The Diamonds reach a total carat weight of approximately 0.80 ct and are distributed to create a rich and luminous surface, while maintaining the Emerald's central role.
